By accessing or using CryptoVault ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and investors.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use CryptoVault. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
CryptoVault is not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency investment services are prohibited by law.
03 Our Services
CryptoVault provides automated cryptocurrency portfolio management, staking, yield farming, and related investment services. We do not provide financial advice. All investment decisions are made algorithmically based on your selected plan and risk tolerance.

04 Investment Risks
Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk. The value of digital assets can fluctuate dramatically. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Never invest more than you can afford to lose. CryptoVault is not responsible for market-driven losses.
05 Fees & Charges
CryptoVault charges a 10% performance fee on profits only. There are no monthly subscription fees, deposit fees, or withdrawal fees. All fees are transparently displayed in your dashboard before any deduction.
06 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. CryptoVault will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.
07 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or legal requirements. Upon termination, you may withdraw your remaining balance within 30 days.
08 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoVault is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
